By clicking the submit button and submitting your application and continuing with the eligibility check or loan underwriting process, you understand and agree that you are authorizing BW Hughs, Inc. dba Quick Loans to obtain consumer reports and related information about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as DataX, Decision Logic and other national databases that we may use.
You also authorize Quick Loans, to verify information that you have provided, and you agree that Quick Loans may contact third parties to verify such information. You direct Quick Loans to use your credit and other consumer reports to authenticate your identity, to make credit decisions, and for other related purposes.
You authorize Quick Loans to obtain credit reports and other consumer reports during the process of closing a loan to you, or at various times during the term of your loan, in connection with the issuing, servicing, monitoring, collection, or enforcement of the loan. This may include both on-time and late payment, missed payment, or other defaults on your account, and this information may be reflected on your credit report.
